Waiver and Release

I, the participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in pickleball sessions and games involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully accepting and assuming all such risks.

2. Release and Waiver:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Pickleball Central Pty Ltd, its organisers, facility owners, employees, agents, coaches, and other participants from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action—whether in law or equity—arising out of or related to my participation in these pickleball sessions.

3. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations governing the pickleball sessions as set forth by the organisers. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the sessions or club without refund.

4. Fitness to Participate:
I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating.

5. Photographic Release:
I grant permission to the organisers to use my image or likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes without compensation.
